Welcome to Medietas! Do you have an interest in joining the game? Is there an old muse that you want to dust off? Or, perhaps you're looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting among friends? Well, whatever the reason, this is where you can do that!

You all know what to do! If you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!

How To Play:

→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!

Possible Scenarios:

1. Getting Settled: So, now that you've arrived and wandered around the starter home you've been given, it's time to check out the rest of the islands. There's a market on Aerilon that is full of treasures. Or, you can check out Chapter Six bookstore. Perhaps you wander over to the Mean Princess facility on Mulciber. There is so much to see and do!

2. Islands: There is definitely some weirdness going on around the islands from the sidewalks that glow to the mysterious energy that doesn't seem to have any direct source. There are statues that hum softly and seem to grow every so often. And what is with these bridges? Go forth and investigate! Puzzles are FUN!

3. PARTY: Every month or so there's always a celebration somewhere, be it on Mulciber, Imber, Mundus, Eurus, and now Nidus! Eat, drink, dance, talk among the other islanders. It's about making new friends and enjoying yourself, right? Even if you have been stolen away from your home world to a bunch of floating islands.

4. Trouble!: All is quiet and calm when suddenly the warning signals across each of the islands sound. Not long after, or, at least only long enough to get prepared, a large hydra creature crawling out of the lake on Imber. Do what you can to help remove this threat before it gets to any of the other islands!

5. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

"The sky's the weirdest part of it," said a girl, coming to a touch down near Ellen.

Leafa had noticed Ellen wandering around and waved a little. "There's a nebula up there. Hi, I'm Leafa."

"A nebula?!" Ellen said, blinking in surprise before looking up and seeing it. "...th-there is one..."

"It's gotten steadily more visible all month," said Leafa with a nod. "I dunno why, it's probably something like an event in a game."

"An event like a game?" Ellen said, blinking in surprise. "Is that possible? I mean, it makes sense, but..."

"Yeah but I'm pretty sure it's not a game. I mean, I can see status screens and the like, but there's too much that makes this world not a game."

Leafa shrugged as she brought up her menu, flipping through it. "I can do stuff like this but other than that..."

"Oh, wow...!" Ellen leans over, gawking at Leafa's menu. "That is so cool...!"

"It is, isn't it? It allows me to see people's statuses and classes if they've got them assigned, as well as HP of people and enemies," admitted Leafa, spinning through her inventory.

"Status and classes?" Ellen said, blinking. "Like...?"

"Like if you're suffering from magic, how much HP you have, if you're tired or whatever... and classes like Swashbuckler, Fencer, Mage, Summoner, that sort of thing." Explained Leafa.

"Ohhh... ahahahaha, I wouldn't be anything important, really!" Ellen said, trying to laugh off the idea of everything being revealed.

"Well it's not like I can look into someone's actual profile," admitted Leafa. "Look, here's yours."

Ellen's was brought up, but it was mostly her name, class and HP/MP levels. "Wow your MP is through the roof. You're a spellcaster?"

On the one hand - she wasn't exposed. On the other?

"I have that much? Well... I guess?" She grinned sheepishly at that.

"Yeah like this is... at least quadruple than most spellcasters combined. That's an immense amount of MP. I guess I shouldn't be surprised though." Said Leafa with a grin.

"Heh, I guess you're right..." Ellen said. It took her a moment to think it over before she added. "...did you want to see what I can do?"

"If you don't mind! I don't recognize this class symbol after all."

Leafa stepped back, checking her hud before nodding. "Go ahead."

"Just promise me you won't tell anyone else. It's supposed to be a secret." Ellen said. With that, Ellen pulled out a heart-shaped brooch as a jewel-headed fairy-like creature showed up, inserting itself into the brooch.

"LET'S PLAY! PRECURE MODULATION!"

A split-second later, Leafa'll be surprised to see Ellen glowing blue, her normal clothes disappearing and being replaced with a more sparkly, singer-like outfit.

"Wow..." Leafa grinned widely, clapping her hands together. "That... Is so cool!"

"It's a transformation, your HP is overlayed with a tank buffer, and... wow. This is incredible."

"When I'm like this, call me Cure Beat." Ellen said. "But, like I said, don't tell anyone you saw both of my forms or... or... I might have to erase you memory!"

By the way she said it so fast, you can tell she's bluffing like crazy

Yeah she's bluffing. No one doesn't say that, that fast with that kind of expression. But at least...

"Hey, so you're like a magical girl then? That is really cool."

"Well... yeah... w-wait, you think so?" Ellen said, blinking a bit.

"I think so! I mean, I've seen some of the old magical girl shows before. That's definitely a magical girl outfit."

Leafa reached over to Beat's wristband and tugged it. "Yeah that's tough armor."

"It really is! You have no idea how much I've been beaten around in this thing." Beat said. "And yet, it's really comfortable!"

She did take a thoughtful pose, though. "I've never really tested the limits of this, though. I've never really thought of it..."

"That's a sign of a good outfit then. It keeps you going even though you're knocked down."

Leafa nodded, thinking for a long moment as she added, "There's a training facility, and plenty of room for sparring."

"We can go over there, then...!" Beat said, before stopping and looking away, blushing.

"S-Sorry... I'm sure you have better things to do than having me trying to impress you or anything..."

Leafa laughed lightly as she nodded. "Believe me, if I were normal at the moment, I'd be trying to impress you. Yeah, lets go over, there's a grove nearby we can show off to one another."
