Welcome to Medietas! Do you have an interest in joining the game? Is there an old muse that you want to dust off? Or, perhaps you're looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting among friends? Well, whatever the reason, this is where you can do that!

You all know what to do! If you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!

How To Play:

→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!

Possible Scenarios:

1. Getting Settled: So, now that you've arrived and wandered around the starter home you've been given, it's time to check out the rest of the islands. There's a market on Aerilon that is full of treasures. Or, you can check out Chapter Six bookstore. Perhaps you wander over to the Mean Princess facility on Mulciber. There is so much to see and do!

2. Islands: There is definitely some weirdness going on around the islands from the sidewalks that glow to the mysterious energy that doesn't seem to have any direct source. There are statues that hum softly and seem to grow every so often. And what is with these bridges? Go forth and investigate! Puzzles are FUN!

3. PARTY: Every month or so there's always a celebration somewhere, be it on Mulciber, Imber, Mundus, Eurus, and now Nidus! Eat, drink, dance, talk among the other islanders. It's about making new friends and enjoying yourself, right? Even if you have been stolen away from your home world to a bunch of floating islands.

4. Trouble!: All is quiet and calm when suddenly the warning signals across each of the islands sound. Not long after, or, at least only long enough to get prepared, a large hydra creature crawling out of the lake on Imber. Do what you can to help remove this threat before it gets to any of the other islands!

5. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

"They always put us on a stupid boat. I dunno why."

That came from Tsukasa who took a picture of the flustered girl with a slightly amused expression, not that Toph could see it of course. "You're in another world. And it's not like this place is going anywhere any time soon."

[platetectonics]

She shifted as someone stopped near her, hands coming up into what wasn't quite a ready position -- yet -- even though she couldn't tell what he was doing. Toph was always read. "What's that supposed to mean?"

"Like I said, you're in another World right now." said Tsukasa in a matter of fact manner. "This place is completely different than other worlds. It's a series of floating islands, in the sky. And it's connected with rainbow bridges of light."

"It's really quite amazing, but it's old hat to me."

[platetectonics]

"Oh, so you're crazy." She probably shouldn't punch him, then. Probably. Unless...Her hands tightened into fists. "Did you bring me here?"

[last_decade]

"Nope, not me and not crazy. I'm not in the habit of abducting girls half my age," said Tsukasa defensively. "Look, this place isn't your World, and if I could I'd put you back. But I don't have the ability to travel through Worlds."

[platetectonics]

"You could try at least pretending to make sense, then." If he didn't stop going on about worlds or whatever, Toph was going to kick him on principle. Lightly.

She did at least loosen her hands.

"How much more sense do you need? You're in another World, separate from your World. It's not anything special. It's just that you're here, and I can't get anyone out of it." Exclaimed Tsukasa, throwing up his arms.

Geez. He was never good with these things.

[platetectonics]

"What, like the Spirit World?" Toph frowned a little. She wasn't afraid of much, but even she knew the Spirit World wasn't anything to mess with.

"Nothing as elaborate. Think of it as another Physical World but you're in a different place in time. This place is called Medietas, and it's a series of floating islands." said Tsukasa, repeating some of what he said before.

"It's not too bad here. Too quiet for my tastes though."

[platetectonics]

"That's just dumb," Toph declared, but the weirdness of being on the boat for so long was finally wearing off completely. She dug her toes into the dirt, letting her awareness drift down, and down, and...hit the bottom?

"Whoa," she breathed, looking startled. "It just...stops."

[last_decade]

"Told you, floating."

He had noticed that her eyes didn't follow the motion and on closer inspection, Tsukasa realized she was blind. But the way she moved was surefooted, too sure for a blind girl. Which meant she had some special ability.

"This place is pretty nice, all things considered."
