Welcome to Medietas! Do you have an interest in joining the game? Is there an old muse that you want to dust off? Or, perhaps you're looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting among friends? Well, whatever the reason, this is where you can do that!

How To Play:

Possible Scenarios:

1. Getting Settled: So, now that you've arrived and wandered around the starter home you've been given, it's time to check out the rest of the islands. There's a market on Aerilon that is full of treasures. Or, you can check out Chapter Six bookstore. Perhaps you wander over to the Mean Princess facility on Mulciber. There is so much to see and do!

2. Islands: There is definitely some weirdness going on around the islands from the sidewalks that glow to the mysterious energy that doesn't seem to have any direct source. There are statues that hum softly and seem to grow every so often. And what is with these bridges? Go forth and investigate! Puzzles are FUN!

3. PARTY: Every month or so there's always a celebration somewhere, be it on Mulciber, Imber, Mundus, Eurus, and now Nidus! Eat, drink, dance, talk among the other islanders. It's about making new friends and enjoying yourself, right? Even if you have been stolen away from your home world to a bunch of floating islands.

4. Trouble!: All is quiet and calm when suddenly the warning signals across each of the islands sound. Not long after, or, at least only long enough to get prepared, a large hydra creature crawling out of the lake on Imber. Do what you can to help remove this threat before it gets to any of the other islands!

5. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

"Mm. We could always ask on the network here. There maybe others who have encountered this situation." And who might have insight on it, and on what they had done to date to investigate it.

"Good idea." When Trip looked round for his phone he found it on the floor. He must have dropped it when he fell. It was only when he picked it up he found it wasn't in one piece any more.

But there was a light in his eyes as he picked up the pieces, finding it needed some work before he could use it again. "This won't take long to fix," he assured Padmé. After all, pretty much the first thing he'd done with it was to take it apart to understand it.

Glancing in his direction, Padmé found her eyes settling on the device, and also found herself regarding him. It was surprising, although it shouldn't truly be. It wasn't as if she knew a lot about him to begin with. "You are truly able to fix it?"

Clary? [Alright, maybe she was generic, but he certainly wasn't.]

Rather powerful stalkers, I'd say. Besides, I'm far too unbound and ungagged to have been kidnapped by a group of rabid fans. I doubt it has anything to do with a ransom, too big for that. No, they want us for...something, and they have us just where they're likely to keep us until they decide to let us know what it is. Most villains, though, are...less than flawless. Surely someone's noticed something.

[He pauses thoughtfully.] Have you perused the library?

Sounds like you have a high opinion of yourself.

[She frowns.]

I know there is one. I haven't found anything there. What do you expect to find? A how to kidnap people from other worlds?

"Not just for the mutants who didn't end up dying." He's sure they would appreciate that, if they knew about it.

"If you can't save the little people, who can you save?" agreed Kamala with a nod.

"That's one way of putting it." It's the one they're going with right now, anyway.

"Yes," he said confidently. Although he then amended it to, "Probably." Some of the parts might need replacing, if they're beyond repair, but this was simpler than most things he had to repair or build on Enterprise. "I like fixing things," he added with a smile.

[democratically]

"I honestly have no idea what happens if you break them..." Padmé could not say that she had seen a place for repairs, but she also had never looked for one. She'd been mindful of her own, but accidents did happen. "Perhaps those at the docks might be able to help, if you are unable to."

[tript]

"People must break these from time to time," he reasoned. "So there must be other people who can fix them. Or provide new ones." These phones had to come from somewhere, after all. "All I have to do is find them. Which will be easier once I've fixed this," he added, looking at his broken phone.

[That is to say yes. I really do. He chuckles at her question.]

[It isn't something that interests her but Simon is her friend and she likes listening to him talk about things he likes.]

I don't think they're going to just tell you.

AROUND

Enis found the funds allotted to her and, while there was a lot she wanted to do and a lot of questions she had to ask, her first goal was to find something to eat. She didn't remember the last time she'd eaten a full meal. It didn't really matter now, the parameters had changed, and she'd focus on those changes instead of comparing them to the past.

After spending some time mapping the area around the docks she found a restaurant to eat at. she sat at a bar seat and briefly looked over the menu. She ordered ice cream and a burger but didn't bother ordering anything to drink. Enis was composed but tense, she looked out of place and yet her demeanor suggested that this was how she always looked.

Enis stared at her food once it arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures online. She took a bite of her ice cream first and cringed as the cold sweetness that filled her mouth. She was not used to that and she wasn't sure if she liked it.

Can someone tell me what happened. I know what they told me but I need more. Any small amount of information might help.

I also need the following chemicals; Boracic acid, Latic acid, magnesium sulphate and acetylsalicylic acid.

Perhaps not, but surely they've it written down somewhere.

"Those that go traversing down tunnels, likely." Which typically wasn't Padmé. Not that she shied from such things, but she had settled down in to life as a school teacher here. "Your services may be in high demand, if you can."

Then again, if he was handy, he likely would be. There was only so much that could be done here. There were no giant factories or trade from other planets. Just what was brought in.

[The camera comes up on the interior of the Tardis.]

"Alright, so that's what the little boxes do then? They kidnap people. Good to know. Except you lot..."

[She hauled herself up onto a seat behind her, looking at the camera]

"You made a mistake, didn't you? You kidnapped me. Now, clearly you realized your mistake, since first thing that happened was I was given a map to the Tardis. Guess you thought I would try to fly her home. Guess you thought wrong. Because I'm the girl who waited. And you know what? He's coming, and he will find me."

[She leaned forward, to make sure whoever was listening took this seriously.]

"He's old. Over a thousand years old by this point. Very last of his kind. When he wants to be, he can be good, he can save people and protect, and be anything he needs to be for the ones he loves. But when you get him angry, there is no universe he and his stupid face won't cross, no barriers you can put in his way. He won't be stopped. He's coming for me, he is always coming for me. And I wouldn't want to be you when he finds me."

[She grinned.]

"And oh yeah. In case you're wondering, he'll be bringing the Doctor with him. Now, what is it the Doctor would be saying about now? Right. Run."



2. Wandering about
Alright. She may be the girl who waited, but no one said she had to sit still and behave. She left a note in the Tardis, made sure she could lock and unlock the doors, then went off to explore. And to shop. On her list? A sword for Rory, in case he forgot his. A fez she could leave around for the Doctor to find as an unspoken thank you. And some weapon for herself. She wasn't quite as comfortable with a gun as her daughter was, so she was hoping to find something a bit more her.

Of course, all this jetting about through time and space and the most threatening weapons she had mastered was a rusted old pirate sword, and an electronic toothbrush. Okay, so she was looking for two swords. And... perhaps a pirate coat and hat.

He grinned, recognizing the comment about traversing down tunnels as being directed at him. "I hope so. If I'm stuck here then I want to be useful." Considering he was used to working hard and playing hard, he wasn't too sure about the idea of just playing hard for a while.

WALKING AROUND

This place was pretty cool though if Ziggy was going to pick a world to be suck in, this probably wouldn't be it. He wandered around aimlessly looking both lost and confused.

He can be found almost anywhere, peeking his head into buildings and taking a look around.

Ziggy's face lights up when he realized they gave him money and there was a candy store. He didn't blow all of his money but he walked out with a bag of snacks and a lollipop between his lips.

Besides the kidnapping it wasn't an awful day. Could be worse. He could be suck in a wall somewhere.

[Ziggy's face first appears a little too close to the screen. Excitement shined in his eyes as he pulls the view back to encompass his shoulders.]

So, hey. This is pretty cool, not my ideal vacation spot, but it could be worse. [He flashes a smile at the screen.] Anyone know where I can find the Rangers?

I know, impressive. We're all pretty cool but I'm... I got mission stuff to sort out so directions would be great.

[So yeah he wasn't listening to those people who stopped him off the boat.]

[Fuuka had come to associate the word Ranger with ger, an abbreviation of her own team. So when Ziggy made the call, she scooped up her device excitedly.]

Are you looking for the Ninningers? You said Ranger, which is short for my team.

[Andros left his mouth hanging open for a few moments before his brain caught up with him and he remembered the video was live. He closed his mouth.]

You're a Power Ranger?

[He spoke slowly and unbelievably because...well....he didn't really strike him as Ranger material. If it was up to him....well...this guy was bragging about it.]

Still getting used to stuff but at least everything is where it should be. Except for us I guess.

[Andros can't quite believe what's coming out of this guys mouth. He's actually a Power Ranger. Who would make him a Ranger? He wanted to cover his head with his hands and sigh. At the very least he had self confidence issues, and it sounded like issues....with Rangering? Who makes someone a Ranger without the skills set behind it?]
