Welcome to Medietas and our first ever Test Drive Meme! As we approach the grand opening of the game on April 1st, we thought we’d kick things off with a little something that will get you all interacting in the new setting! And it’s one less sample you have to worry about on your application if you’re considering our little game here.
You all know what to do but if you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!
How To Play:
→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!
Possible Scenarios:
1. New Arrival: You’ve just arrived on the island of Medietas, in the city of Aerilon via a … floating boat, with people you may or may not know? You can’t help but ponder what’s going on here, but the vessel seems to be approaching a harbor and when it docks, some lovely locals are standing in wait to greet you. After that they hand you a map and communications device and invite you to find your accommodations and explore.
2. Party, party!: On the evening of your first night in the city, a party is being thrown on Aerilon in honor of your arrival. Eat, mingle, dance, meet the other new arrivals! The locals put on quite the celebration!
3. Go Exploring!: There's plenty of places to explore, be it in your designated housing area, or on one of the adjoining community islands! Hike the mountains in Eurus. Sit on the beaches of Imber with a cocktail, or go swimming. Adventure in the forests of Mundus. Be careful though! Every area has it's dangers.
4. The Bells Are Ringing!: And that means a islands wide warning that something dangerous is approaching! But where the heck are they coming from? Nevermind that, the caretakers rally the children and the senior citizens while Scykal, Imber's local sea monster, emerges from the large body of water on the island. Interesting. He hasn't been spotted in a long time. Help the locals defeat him!
5. Wild Card!: Choose your own scenario!

She just stares for a moment. He looks like something out of one of the books she had poured over.
"Some things are more obvious than others," she said simply. The nail of her thumb is starting to dig into an old scratch at the top of her cane. She barely notices the pressure she is applying.
She limps after him carefully. Out of habit she keeps her eyes on the road before her. She has gotten tripped up one too many times by a lot of random things. Brenda refuses to end up on her back due to a misstep.

He grumbled under his breath, eyes swinging around, caring little for the deaths he saw everywhere he looked. Fools and children and more so, and he himself was a fool as well! The Gods hated him, for sure, he knew, and he knew this was somehow one of their ploys to change his demeanor. Well, to the Abyss with them all! He was Raistlin and he changed for no one!
No one stepped into their path. If it wasn't the way that staff glowed ominously, then it was Raistlin's glare from under his hood.
Soon, a doorway loomed, and he gnashed his teeth as he heard people within, but also the crackling of a fireplace. "Here, we will find what we need."

She might find information here Brenda decides when she hears the people inside. She adjusts her long coat letting it fall open more slightly. If she tries to cut a less imposing figure people may be more willing to help. She is just a little leery of actually taking her coat off. Brenda has little idea what the locals feel about tattoos like the ones she has and she is aware that in some cultures tattoos are frowned upon.
"Information, hot water, and a fire? Hopefully the locals are... open minded." She doesn't want trouble. If need be she can blast her way out of trouble but would rather not have to. Showing off the magic she has learned isn't something she wants.

"I need... I... need hot water, please." He had the tea leaves he needed to put in it, he just needed the water.
He struggled to listen to the bartender's response, hoping he could get the tea down, and then ask for information. He glanced back at his erstwhile traveling companion.
