Welcome to Medietas and our first ever Test Drive Meme! As we approach the grand opening of the game on April 1st, we thought we’d kick things off with a little something that will get you all interacting in the new setting! And it’s one less sample you have to worry about on your application if you’re considering our little game here.
You all know what to do but if you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!
How To Play:
→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!
Possible Scenarios:
1. New Arrival: You’ve just arrived on the island of Medietas, in the city of Aerilon via a … floating boat, with people you may or may not know? You can’t help but ponder what’s going on here, but the vessel seems to be approaching a harbor and when it docks, some lovely locals are standing in wait to greet you. After that they hand you a map and communications device and invite you to find your accommodations and explore.
2. Party, party!: On the evening of your first night in the city, a party is being thrown on Aerilon in honor of your arrival. Eat, mingle, dance, meet the other new arrivals! The locals put on quite the celebration!
3. Go Exploring!: There's plenty of places to explore, be it in your designated housing area, or on one of the adjoining community islands! Hike the mountains in Eurus. Sit on the beaches of Imber with a cocktail, or go swimming. Adventure in the forests of Mundus. Be careful though! Every area has it's dangers.
4. The Bells Are Ringing!: And that means a islands wide warning that something dangerous is approaching! But where the heck are they coming from? Nevermind that, the caretakers rally the children and the senior citizens while Scykal, Imber's local sea monster, emerges from the large body of water on the island. Interesting. He hasn't been spotted in a long time. Help the locals defeat him!
5. Wild Card!: Choose your own scenario!

"I am steel now, forged from snow," Sansa says, nodding once. She had once been a fool of a girl, full of stories and songs and now she's something wiser and sadder. Still, Tyrion had never been cruel to her and all things told, she is glad that he was her first husband and respected her the way he had.
"Lord Tyrion wasn't so terrible, as husbands go. He demanded nothing of me."

"He was not like his father?"

"Tyrion is loyal," Sansa says, thinking about her first husband for a moment. "He's generous to those he cares about. He...he promised he would never, ever bed me until I wanted it and if I never wanted it, he would never bed me at all."
She lowers her voice a bit. "He even stopped going to brothels."
no subject
"Was his family accepting of this?"
no subject
Sansa blushes a little. "He never bedded me, Lyanna. He protected me from his family. Lord Tywin ordered him to give me an heir and he simply refused. There is more to him than there seems, I assure you of that."

"Joffrey's death. I left King's Landing and went to the Eyrie and Gods only know what happened to Tyrion. There was to be a trial by combat but...he escaped, somehow. I do not know if he lives," Sansa admits.

"I couldn't, he was on the Wall," Sansa says. "It could have been intercepted and he could...he couldn't have come anyway. He couldn't have forsaken his vows for me. He couldn't forsake them for anyone."

"It has given me family," Sansa says, holding Lyanna close. "That is the most precious gift I could have ever been given, to have Starks to hold close to me once again."

"My husband's squire is here as well. The Lannister husband, not the Bolton one. He might be able to keep us safe, though...he is quite green. Eager, though, to keep his lady safe."
Sansa isn't sure of Podrick's skill but his loyalty isn't a question.
no subject
"We may at least trust that he will protect his lord's wife."
no subject
Podrick had been nothing but a faithful squire in all the time she had known him. Sansa had no fear of him.

"Podrick has no arrogance," Sansa says, laughing softly. "He is singular in that regard. I have never met a man so selfless and kind as Podrick Payne."

Sansa isn't quite certain of the intricacies of the house but she has a rough knowledge.
no subject
She had seen that within the Targaryen house.

"No, and Podrick is dear to me. He will protect me until he can deliver me back into the care of Lord Tyrion, I'm certain of it. And Tyrion wouldn't do anything to hurt me."
That much, she's reasonably confident about.
