Welcome to Medietas! Are you interested in joining the game? Do you have an old muse you want to dust off? Are you looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting? Well, you've come to the right place!
You all know what to do but if you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!
How To Play:
→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!
Possible Scenarios:
1. New Arrival: You have just arrived on the island of Medietas, in the city of Aerilon via a floating boat with people you may or may not know. Of course, you can't help wondering what the heck is going on here, or how you even got on the boat in the first place. But as soon as the vessel docks you are greeted by some lovely locals who offer you a map and a communications device before leaving you to your own. You probably have questions and there seems to be a number of people there already who may or may not have those answers. Talk to them! Or, get on the network and introduce yourself!
2. Getting Settled: So, you've arrived, but now there's five islands you should get yourself acquainted with. Meet your starter home neighbors! Start your new job! Check out the market on Aerilon!
3. Event: The Faire's in town! Feast, socialize, dance, play games! There's plenty to do and the grounds on Mundus are packed with festivities for all to enjoy.
4. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

He could sense boats coming in and people arriving. He popped his head out of the water and hoisted up to watch.
"Hi," he greeted the woman with a friendly wave. As if popping out out of the ocean yet being completely dry was not going to be weird. First impressions and all that.
no subject
The greeting caught her off guard since everyone else was ignoring her. Elsa turned to see the boy up on the docks. Her brow knitted a little. Wait, wasn't he the boy she saw in the water as they were docking? Nevermind, not important at the moment. She moved her dress out of the way so that she could turn toward the docks and walk toward him.
"Where is this place? When is the next boat departing? There must have been some mistake. I need to be on your next ship to Arendelle right away."
no subject
"Medietas, I don't know, it probably is, and there won't be any ships going to Arendelle. Sorry," he added with a sheepish look. "You're stuck here for a while."
no subject
It was a good thing that he fired his answers back as rapidly as she was asking her questions. Something she found comfort in. Elsa wrung her hands together as she took a few steps closer to him, a trail of frost covering the ground in her wake. She noticed it out of the corner of her eye and waved at it, making it disappear.
"Who's in charge, then? Who said that people are to be stuck here?"
no subject
"Huh?" This time he had to focus to hear her question. "Sorry, uh, I don't really know who's in charge. But it's okay," he added. "This place is kind of like... limbo. When you do get back, it'll be like you never left. So all your friends and family will be okay."
no subject
She looked concerned. Someone had to be in charge and had to have set everything up here. And if all these people were here, were any of them like her? In her worry, snowflakes began to form and fall around her. What about Arendelle? The boy said that it would be like she never left. Was it true? Could he be trusted with that information?
"And who are you?"
no subject
"I can't do snow, though. That would be pretty awesome: I could make snow days whenever I feel like." Percy's grin got a bit wider. Hopefully this would help calm the woman and let her know she wasn't alone in the weird ability department.
no subject
"How did you do that?" she asked.
no subject
"I just tell the water where to go," he said at last. "Where I come from, lots of people can do stuff like that. Not exactly, but, like, a good friend of mine can navigate her way through underground tunnels, another can use lightning... You get the idea." He watched her, curious.
"Not so common where you come from, huh?" he guessed.
no subject
Elsa shook her head and walked closer to him. "No, it's not. I just learned that only one other member of my family is like me."

"Not so much. There was a suitor that didn't work out well with us. My sister's suitor. That's...kind of a long story."
But it was nice to be with someone that felt the same she did and experienced as she did.
"Do you mean it? That time will not have passed when we are returned home?"
no subject
"Yeah, some guy who was home for a while told me. His name's Jamie if you want to talk to him yourself. He works at the stables."
no subject
She noted Jamie. A stable boy. She could talk to a stable boy. It would be something familiar.
"So it is possible to go home. But it sounds like he was returned here?"
no subject
"Apparently the whole coming and going thing is totally against our will. Which isn't to say you shouldn't try, but... you know. Don't get discouraged if you can't figure it out."
no subject
"I...it's just--my sister's newly married and I want her to enjoy her time with her new husband and I have a kingdom to run and--"
no subject
"Hey, relax. Breathe. I know how you're feeling. Not about the kingdom thing, but I want to be back home so I can be there when my sister is born. I bet a lot of people here have people they're worried about." He gave her what he hoped was an assuring squeeze of her shoulder.
"We'll find a way out. It may take a while, but we will."
no subject
"You're to have a sister? And...and will your sister have powers as well?" she asked.
