Welcome to Medietas! Do you have an interest in joining the game? Is there an old muse that you want to dust off? Or, perhaps you're looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting among friends? Well, whatever the reason, this is where you can do that!

You all know what to do! If you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!

How To Play:

→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!

Possible Scenarios:

1. Getting Settled: So, now that you've arrived and wandered around the starter home you've been given, it's time to check out the rest of the islands. There's a market on Aerilon that is full of treasures. Or, you can check out Chapter Six bookstore. Perhaps you wander over to the Mean Princess facility on Mulciber. There is so much to see and do!

2. Islands: There is definitely some weirdness going on around the islands from the sidewalks that glow to the mysterious energy that doesn't seem to have any direct source. There are statues that hum softly and seem to grow every so often. And what is with these bridges? Go forth and investigate! Puzzles are FUN!

3. PARTY: Every month or so there's always a celebration somewhere, be it on Mulciber, Imber, Mundus, Eurus, and now Nidus! Eat, drink, dance, talk among the other islanders. It's about making new friends and enjoying yourself, right? Even if you have been stolen away from your home world to a bunch of floating islands.

4. Trouble!: All is quiet and calm when suddenly the warning signals across each of the islands sound. Not long after, or, at least only long enough to get prepared, a large hydra creature crawling out of the lake on Imber. Do what you can to help remove this threat before it gets to any of the other islands!

5. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

"Well, it is very impressive, yes," Strange said, not entirely immune to the praise of others. Actually, he loved it when people praised him, no matter how much he'd grown as a person recently.

"You seem to know an awful lot about superheroes and that sort of thing, even for a precocious teenager," Strange said, narrowing his eyes at Kamala. "Shouldn't you be obsessing about bands or something? Please tell me you're at least not the sort to write real person fiction about them?"

Kamala was about to reply that she grew up in a world where superheroes were a daily thing but the last bit stopped her cold with a "Uhhhh..." followed by a "they're actually really well received at least I mean I get at least 100 views in one hour..."

Shaking off her embarrassment at Stephen's accurate jab at her life, she added, "My world's full of superheroes, Thor, Captain America, Black Panther, Iron Man, that sort of thing."

"Of course they are," he said with a bit of a sigh, pressing his fingers to the bridge of his nose for a moment before he recovered. Everyone had their own pursuits and it wasn't as if he was blameless of ridiculous behavior as a teenager.

"I suppose there worse things you could be idolizing. And we have all of those in my world as well though I haven't had the pleasure of meeting them formally."

"Well... they get tons of views and I climb to the number one slot on the BleedingCool Website... but that's not the thing here."

Clearing her throat, Kamala shrugged helplessly. "The thing is, kids of my generation have grown up with superheroes since we were born. Some of us even have powers depending on ancestry and stuff, so it's not surprising we enjoy superhero stories."

"If you're going to do something at least you're doing it very well," Strange said, meaning the words. He wasn't someone that approved of mediocrity in himself or others. At least she was very good at her ridiculous thing.

"Just be careful you don't idolize them too much. There's a saying about never meeting your heroes..."

She had a lot of ridiculous things she was good at, and writing fanfiction was one of them. Still, she nodded.

"Yeah I get that. I've met Wolverine and Carol Danvers and they're really nice. You'd think a short angry man who goes bub a lot wouldn't be a great teacher but he is. And Carol's just awesome."

"I have absolutely no idea who those people are, but it seems like the Avengers are constantly adding new people after they throw old members into prison," Strange said. He'd caught up with that a bit but thought the whole thing was rather stupid and he had too much to worry about to devote much time to it.

"From what I've gotten, it might be that you guys in your world don't have them. Yet, or currently," replied Kamala with a shake of her head. "Depends on how your world stacks up against mine really."
