Possible Scenarios:

1. New Arrival: You've just arrived on the island of Medietas, in the city of Aerilon via a floating boat, with people you may or may not know. Of course, you can't help wondering what the heck is going on here, or how you even got on the boat, but the vessel seems to be approaching a harbor with what appears to be.. are those floating islands? They sure are! And as if that isn't mind boggling enough, no one seems to have answers. But you are greeted by some lovely locals who offer you a map and a communications device and send you on your way. Perhaps the questions can wait for now. There's a new place to explore!

2. Go Exploring!: There's plenty of places to see, be it in your designated housing area, or on one of the adjoining community islands! Visit the market on Aerilon. Hike the mountains in Eurus. Sit on the beaches of Imber with a cocktail. Adventure in the forests of Mundus. Be careful though! Every area has it's dangers.

3. Party, party!: On the evening of your first night in the city, a party is being thrown on Aerilon in honor of your arrival. Eat, mingle, dance, meet the other new arrivals! The locals put on quite the celebration!

4. Wild Card! Customize your own scenario to fit your needs!

"Give the man a cookie," Gabriel says drily. "That's exactly what I'm saying. Boatloads of people got nabbed wherever or whatever we were doing and were brought here."

[student_lighter]

"Boatloads? So everyone comes in one of those boats and is brought here. For what? And you can't leave. I find that very hard to believe."

This guy was the highest up there was, right? What was beyond Elder? Or whatever he was.Not quite Elder. Close though.

[lotsoflaughs]

"Believe it or not, it's true," Gabriel says with a shrug. No skin on his nose if the guy refused to believe him. Gabriel studies him for a moment to get a look at what he was.

...Huh. Something very like a nephilim or possibly his own world's version that doesn't feel quite right, due to being from the wrong world.

[student_lighter]

That...actually made him really uncomfortable. Whatever was behind this was more powerful than an Elder. Or...whatever he was. Elder-like.

"But you're an Elder." There, he was just going to say it. "You admitting to me there are some things you don't know or can't do?" Chris phished his phone out of his pocket, wondering if he could record this for posterity.

[lotsoflaughs]

"That the word for archangels where you're from?" Gabriel asks with a raised eyebrow. Huh. Learn something new--okay, not every day--but some days. "Who--or what--ever's doing this is something reeeeeeally powerful. As seen by my being here."

[student_lighter]

Chris shrugged. "I guess. Elders are a cut above Whitelighters. Kind of the governing body. I honestly thought angels and archangels were just terms mortals got wrong for Whitelighters and Elders. But, you're real."

That was interesting.

"Just to clarify, the Easter Bunny still isn't real right?"

[lotsoflaughs]

"Nope, no Easter Bunnies for real." Gabriel considers for a moment. "Although given the variety of people here, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if someone shows up from somewhere it is real."

[student_lighter]

"That's a win at least. I really don't want to have to kill the Easter Bunny." At the very least that's a thing of nightmares. " So if you're an Archangel, why don't you have a problem with me?"

Because, let's face it, after what his parents had to go through just to get married, and then the shit Gideon pulled on Wyatt, Chris wasn't exactly the trusting sort. Okay, he wasn't trusting to begin with. Somewhat paranoid even. Neurotic. And he knew there were Elders who disagreed with the decision to let Leo marry Piper. And the birth of more Whitelighter-Witch hybrids was considered too powerful by some. Chris just thought they didn't like Whitelighters who weren't under their control.

[lotsoflaughs]

"You mean why aren't I getting my boxers in a knot over the existence of a nephilim?" Gabriel asks with a raised eyebrow. "Even before I left home, I was the most chill of us top four. Then I spent a couple thousand years living on Earth partying with the Pagans and hanging out with other types. Not to mention don't have much room to bitch about your existence."

[student_lighter]

"If that's your word for a half-whitelighter, than yes. So," Chris relaxed, realizing this guy was just way cooler than any other Elder he had ever met, including his father.

"What you're saying is you don't care that I exist and you're not going to try and kill me or lock me up erase my existence. Nice to meet you. I'm Chris." He left off the last name, since this guy was from a different universe, Halliwell probably didn't mean much.

"And you really are a couple of thousand years old? Wow. How did you not get bored?"

[lotsoflaughs]

"I said I'd been living on Earth for a couple thousand years after bugging out from home," Gabriel corrects him. "Actual age is in the billions of years. Name's Gabriel."

[student_lighter]

Chris smirked at that. "I can't exactly blame you for skipping out. It's not the most exciting place ever." Chris would probably use a phrase involve a log up someones ass, but he didn't know this Gabriel guy well enough to know how he felt about 'home.'

"You really think of it as 'home'? My father never did. Or rather, I guess he just viewed his responsibilities on earth as more important. And nice to meet you Gabriel."

[lotsoflaughs]

"Had more to do with the fact Michael and Lucifer were trying to kill each other over humans, but hey, who's keeping track," Gabriel says with an uncomfortable shrug, shoving his hands into his jacket pockets. "Heaven existed for quite a bit longer than Earth has, never mind humans. So yeah. It was home once."

[student_lighter]

"I'm not actually that familiar with Whitelighter or Angel history. But, I guess I'm sorry about your home." That he knew about. He knew what it was like for home to not feel welcoming. That was the strange part, having two sets of memories from two different futures.

[lotsoflaughs]

"Well, there's always digging around in the religion section of the library if you get bored," Gabriel points out drily. "Just remember plenty of the crap you'll find is wrong so should be taken with a mountain of salt."

Of course there's bugging Gabriel for information too. That also works. Although now probably isn't the time.

Gabriel nods slightly with a quiet sigh, pulling a bag of m&ms out of his pocket to start eating a piece at a time. "Try not to be too weirded out by some of your stuff being in your house at whatever point you get around to finding out where you're staying. It's been noticed that anywhere from one to four things from home--wherever home is for the person--show up there. Including pets."

[student_lighter]

"Pets?" Chris repeated. Probably didn't mean the demons that had been imprisoned in the Manor over the years. Those were hardly pets. And yet....that was kind of what he thought of. But if he had some pyrite crystals waiting for him that would make him feel better.

"You mean don't get weirded out by the fact that these whoever they are were snooping around our lives and our things? Yeah. I've both been there and done that. As long as they don't have video cameras hidden around and are trying to kill us as part of a sick reality tv show, I'm good."

Yeah, Chris would be bugging Gabriel. And possibly bribing him with food. If the m&m's were a clue.

"Someone I know found one of her cats waiting for her and someone else, her direwolf," Gabriel says as he considers that second one for a moment. "The furball's a lot more well-behaved than one would expect from anything with 'dire' in the name."

Yes, candy is a good thing to bribe him with. As is anything sugary or sweet in general.

"Would you rather not have anything familiar?" Gabriel asks with raised eyebrows. "Sure, I had mixed feelings about my thing, but hey. Better back in my hands than left in Lucifer's."

[student_lighter]

"But, let's say we had a demon held up at home. They wouldn't be waiting for me here, right? Generally small objects?" Maybe like the Book of Shadows? He knew the Book could project itself but he still didnt like the idea of it alone, out of the manor.

Gabriel was in for a treat. Chris grew up with Piper after all. He probably baked cookies with her dozens of times. And vanquishing potions. Cookies tasted better.

"Your....thing?" That was ominious.

[lotsoflaughs]

Gabriel pinches the bridge of his nose. "I'm not going to ask why you have a demon. Let's hope it's not here."

Then he's smiling thinly. "Archangel blade. There's exactly four of them. One per archangel."

[student_lighter]

Because he was asking it not so politely for information. Duh. Infiltrating and subtly hadn't helped.

"And those do what? Kill demons?" Chris narrowed his eyes. "There are other ways to kill demons."

[lotsoflaughs]

"Among other things. Like archangels." Although really. If he's going to kill a demon, he wouldn't do it by stabbing it.

[student_lighter]

"You have a blade that kills others of your kind." He stated, just to make sure he got it right. Cause that sounded insane. "Why would you want that?"

[lotsoflaughs]

"Because I would prefer my brother not try to kill me with it again," he says flatly. Hence it being better off in his own hands.

[student_lighter]

"Oh. That's a good reason." Chris in fact thought that was a very good reason. He knew all about brothers trying to kill you. One in particular actually. And Chris also knew better than to pry. He didn't want to talk about Wyatt any more than Gabriel wanted to talk about Lucifer.

He almost got the offending big brother, oops.

[lotsoflaughs]

"Yeah. Of course, now I've got mixed feelings about the thing. Thanks big bro," Gabriel grumbles before shaking his head. "In less cranky-making news, they will give you money to start you off with. It's meant to last people a month, although I've been able to stretch it further."
