Welcome to Medietas! Are you interested in joining the game? Have an old muse you want to dust off, or voice test a brand new one in our game setting? Then you've come to the right place!

You all know what to do but if you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!

How To Play:

→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!

Possible Scenarios:

1. New Arrival: You've just arrived on the island of Medietas, in the city of Aerilon via a floating boat, with people you may or may not know. Of course, you can't help wondering what the heck is going on here, or how you even got on the boat, but the vessel seems to be approaching a harbor with what appears to be.. are those floating islands? They sure are! And as if that isn't mind boggling enough, no one seems to have answers. But you are greeted by some lovely locals who offer you a map and a communications device and send you on your way. Perhaps the questions can wait for now. There's a new place to explore!

2. Go Exploring!: There's plenty of places to see, be it in your designated housing area, or on one of the adjoining community islands! Visit the market on Aerilon. Hike the mountains in Eurus. Sit on the beaches of Imber with a cocktail. Adventure in the forests of Mundus. Be careful though! Every area has it's dangers.

3. Party, party!: On the evening of your first night in the city, a party is being thrown on Aerilon in honor of your arrival. Eat, mingle, dance, meet the other new arrivals! The locals put on quite the celebration!

4. Wild Card! Customize your own scenario to fit your needs!

It had obviously been longer than he realised. Enough time had lapsed since the trigger words were spoken and while he tried desperately to get his bearings, the mental shift was too painful despite the slow merge from the Soldier back to himself. Bucky.

"No," he managed, his metal arm dangling at his side feeling so much heavier than moments prior. He hunched over more and then straightened abruptly to try and bring everything into focus. Another long delayed moment later blue eyes peered out before coming back to her. "Where am I?"

Lydia just kept an eye on him as he seemed to nurse a headache, though there was no wobbliness or indication that he was anything but fine. A bit shaken, probably, but fine. That was good; she was glad to see that. Too often, she'd shown up to people dying or about to dying or just healing after dying, and it'd be nice to find someone in relatively good condition for a change.

She realised, after a second, that he did have a metal arm. For some reason, she thought it was a shirt, or something just decorative. But no, it looked metal. That held her attention as he hunched and straightened and finally regarded her; only then did Lydia properly look at him again. "Aerilon. At the main docks. I don't suppose you've ever been the victim of interdimensional kidnapping, have you? That would make this much easier."

Physically fine, absolutely. It was rare he took much more than minor cuts and bruises and even those healed quickly enough. Not that it was something he actively paid any attention to which probably made it seem he took it for granted.

His hand came down, brow creasing in further confusion. "Interdimensional kidnapping? What are you talking about? I was in Bucharest before waking up on that boat."

As he speaks, the tone of his voice is still slightly detached.

"Mmhm," she confirmed before shrugging one shoulder delicately. She was, of course, the picture of casual, as she always was with things like this. But in the back of her mind, there was some niggling memory trying to come up to the surface; she had a feeling it was something from a world she'd visited before, back in the day. It all blended together.

"You're not in Bucharest anymore," Lydia pointed out, fluttering one hand around them slightly. "Unless this is what Bucharest looks like, at which point, I'd be interested in seeing it."

Bucky looked around again, gaze moving off the docks and into mid air and then to the boat with the hole in the side of it. That hadn't been the only damage to it, but the men gathering around it before looking and pointing at him had him stare back before letting his gaze flicker back to the red head.

"It's not Bucharest." he confirmed, taking a step back in preparation to start walking. He wasn't going to let them arrest him. He glanced back to the men. He could duck out and disappear, but then that chanced the dock workers questioning the woman.

Still looking away, Bucky asked. "Why don't you show me around."

It hadn't gone unnoticed that there was a bit of a crowd gathering over by the boat. Of course something like this would end up entirely too obvious; this place had too much calmness to it, even with the various goings-on that she had little to no part in. It wasn't the City, that was for sure.

Lydia just nodded, glad that she wasn't entirely out of her mind when she thought Bucharest looked quite different. In truth, she was still interested in seeing it. It sounded interesting, and travel sounded nice. Not like she didn't get enough of it anyway.

"Sure," she granted easily, nodding for him to saunter away with her, far from the onlookers pointing their way. "What do you want to see? There's a nice market around here."

As soon as they were far enough away from the docks, Bucky nodded distractedly. The distraction wasn't from his physical surroundings, but because inside his head was still spinning with fragments of thoughts, memories and an intense, but slowly fading anger. This was about the time when thinking was near impossible.

So he followed a half step behind the woman, looking properly at things as they went on their way.

After a short walk, Bucky piped up softly over her shoulder. "So people have been kidnapped and brought to a different universe. Why?"

Generally speaking, he looked like he needed a moment to recuperate from whatever had been going on with his head. In the back of her mind, she recognised that maybe that wasn't that odd, that maybe his face was more familiar than she'd initially given it credit for. But all of that was pushed aside temporarily, as they headed towards the market. Mostly for somewhere to go.

She didn't mind that he was following slightly behind, and merely glanced back to him when he spoke. "Isn't that the question. I don't think they call it kidnapping here, but then again, they never call it kidnapping. There's probably some major reason we're here, but right now? I'm pretty sure we don't know what it is."
