Welcome to Medietas! Do you have an interest in joining the game? Is there an old muse that you want to dust off? Or, perhaps you're looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting among friends? Well, whatever the reason, this is where you can do that!

You all know what to do! If you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!

How To Play:

→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!

Possible Scenarios:

1. Getting Settled: So, now that you've arrived and wandered around the starter home you've been given, it's time to check out the rest of the islands. There's a market on Aerilon that is full of treasures. Or, you can check out Chapter Six bookstore. Perhaps you wander over to the Mean Princess facility on Mulciber. There is so much to see and do!

2. Islands: There is definitely some weirdness going on around the islands from the sidewalks that glow to the mysterious energy that doesn't seem to have any direct source. There are statues that hum softly and seem to grow every so often. And what is with these bridges? Go forth and investigate! Puzzles are FUN!

3. PARTY: Every month or so there's always a celebration somewhere, be it on Mulciber, Imber, Mundus, or Eurus! Eat, drink, dance, talk among the other islanders. It's about making new friends and enjoying yourself, right? Even if you have been stolen away from your homeworld to a bunch of floating islands.

4. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

"A gaggle of... more than one of the Doctor? Again?"

[She rubbed her head a bit.]

"He parked the Tardis inside the Tardis again?"

[Now it is her turn to stare at the feed.]

.... what?

[still_running]

[She nodded.] "Genius parked the Tardis in the Tardis, sent us running about with memorized lines in some sort of sick loop to fix things." [She shook her head.] "So not that, then? Alright. So what's happening here that took more than one of him to fix? And how do we help?"

[She was still going to smack him if she found him before she found Rory, though.]

[foronemoment]

He- what? How the bloody hell to you park a TARDIS in a TARDIS? There's only one of- wait.

[Because she can have her moments.]

Did he go back on his own time line and crash in to himself?

[Could he do that?]

Uh, and none of them are currently fixing anything. I think. But I wouldn't exactly go up and say that to them.

[still_running]

[She groaned.] "Oh, tell me he's not in one of his mopey moods. One of him mopey is bad enough, I don't even want to think about more than one. Alright then, you and me together. We'll round all of him up, and set them to tasks, they'll be so busy trying to point out why we put them on completely the wrong tasks that they'll forget to sulk or whatever else it is they're doing, and then maybe we can finally get some answers. And more importantly, maybe then one of them can be so kind as to follow whatever path brought me here, and bring my husband."

[foronemoment]

That's... a lot easier said than done. I barely even know the one.

[still_running]

"Yeah, well the Doctor is my best friend," given what happened to her other best friends, and how they're now all related so don't quite count the same. Then she made a face realizing that also counted for the Doctor. "And... my son-in-law. Trust me, we get him together, and this could be fun."

She stopped, grinned.

"I wonder if his other regenerations kiss as well as the one I know..."

What? It wasn't like Rory was actually there to overhear.

[foronemoment]

Your... son in law?

[The more the girl spoke, the more confused Donna became.]

... River?

[Or was it someone else? Did he have more wives? Well, aside from the family that he had spoken about before Donna had ever learned about him marrying River. Yet her face scrunches up.]

I'd sooner knock his head than snog him.

[still_running]

"Wait, River's here? Do you know when in her timeline she's from? Oh, god, don't tell her what I said about them being married, or her being... no wait, that one she knew before we did. Okay, just not the part about her being married to the Doctor. Ohm if you speak to her before I have a chance to, you can tell her I've been to Manhattan, she'll know what it means."

[She considered.]

"She might need some wine."

[foronemoment]

[And Donna thought she talked a lot...]

Oh, she's here alright. And I think she knows everything anyway.... Considering she kept going on about spoilers when I met her.

[still_running]

[Amy snorted a bit at that.] "That's just River. I think she's been doing that since... well.... most of the time I've known her. HAlf the time I think she says it to cover the fact that she doesn't know anything at all."

[foronemoment]

She... seemed to know quite a bit about me. Something, anyway. Hard to cover the look she gave me the first time she heard my name.

[still_running]

[Then whoever this was... she probably died. Ouch. No, wait, this was River. Could mean anything then, she teased more than the Doctor sometimes. Then again, sometimes not. It was rather aggravating.]

"Well, we should meet, and stop talking over these wanna-be cellphones. Try to figure things out. Just give me directions to the Tardis, and I'll see you there."

[foronemoment]

Oh. I'm on Eurus. The TARDIS are all on Nidus.

But I can meet you there. You might get there first though.

[still_running]

"Yeaaaaaah. You're doing that thing, that the Doctor does, where you're speaking like I know everything. I just got here, remember? You could tell me I'm on Mars and it would be about as useful."

[foronemoment]

Oh! Right. Each island has its own name. Nidus just appeared one day, and that is where all the TARDIS are. I mean, the Doctor doesn't live there twenty-four seven. The one is even a real doctor, or playing at one... But he hasn't been fired, so I suppose he is truly doing it.

[still_running]

"Right, and I'm sure that's very interesting and everything, but some idea of how to get there might be a little bit more useful than the history of the place, yeah?"

[Yeah, someone has been spending waaaaaay too much time around the Doctor.]

[foronemoment]

You're still on the island you arrived on? Head west. There's a way to get there from there.

[still_running]

"See, now that's almost helpful, thanks. Presuming I find west the same ways here I would at home?" [Just to be sure. She only saw one sun, didn't mean there weren't three or something.]

[foronemoment]

You'd expect maybe more suns, or something wonky to go on, but that much is the same.

[still_running]

"Fine. So west until I see the Tardis, then. Yeah? Alright." [Just past the duck pond, Pond.]

[foronemoment]

You can always ask, too. They rather stick out, the whole lot of them.

[still_running]

"I'm sure they do. And I did ask, I asked you," [she pointed out as she started walking.]

[It earns a snort from Donna.]
