Welcome to Medietas! Do you have an interest in joining the game? Is there an old muse that you want to dust off? Or, perhaps you're looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting among friends? Well, whatever the reason, this is where you can do that!

You all know what to do! If you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!

How To Play:

→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!

Possible Scenarios:

1. Getting Settled: So, now that you've arrived and wandered around the starter home you've been given, it's time to check out the rest of the islands. There's a market on Aerilon that is full of treasures. Or, you can check out Chapter Six bookstore. Perhaps you wander over to the Mean Princess facility on Mulciber. There is so much to see and do!

2. Islands: There is definitely some weirdness going on around the islands from the sidewalks that glow to the mysterious energy that doesn't seem to have any direct source. There are statues that hum softly and seem to grow every so often. And what is with these bridges? Go forth and investigate! Puzzles are FUN!

3. PARTY: Every month or so there's always a celebration somewhere, be it on Mulciber, Imber, Mundus, or Eurus! Eat, drink, dance, talk among the other islanders. It's about making new friends and enjoying yourself, right? Even if you have been stolen away from your homeworld to a bunch of floating islands.

4. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

Lorna's handshake is warm and soft. She hasn't worked in a while and she's lost most of her calluses. "Good! You should be. This place is remarkable, I like it here quite a bit."

Surprisingly, Kurt's are the same way; it's obvious that he probably takes care of his skin, for a an extremely particular reason. "Is there anything you can inform me of? Aside from the fact that we are no longer in our home worlds."

Lorna considered the question.Without knowing much about Kurt's home she couldn't hazard a guess at what he'd find comforting. Eventually he settled for, "The weathers is always this nice."

Well, it hadn't been any sort of answer he'd been expecting, but it does make him titter with amusement. "That is gut to know. I will not have to worry about losing my tail to frostbite."

"That would be a real shame," Lorna noted. "It's a cute tail. Like the rest of you. Are you hungry?"

[shadowblends]

"It would." Wait, had she just called him 'cute'? He blinked thoughtfully - both toward the compliment and the question, his cheeks brightening with embarrassment. "Oh, uhm ... thank you. I could eat, ja."

Lorna smiled and led the way back to the blanket, settling Erika down in her stroller. "I have fried chicken and potato salad." She began unpacking her basket, handing the plate inside to Kurt. She'd just eat at home later.

Padding along behind Lorna, Kurt waited until the baby was settled down then carefully sat on the blanket. "That sounds wunderbar!" he exclaimed, reaching to take the offered plate, head tilting to the side. "You have some for yourself, correct?"

"I'll be okay," Lorna said with a smile. "There's only one plate, but it won't take me long to get home and get some food in me."

With the utmost care, Kurt set the plate down in front of himself, frantic crimson eyes darting to Lorna. "I should not. You will need this food for energy - for your baby!"

[magneticxman]

Lorna considered this, then gave him a smile. "Why don't we split it? I'll take the potato salad and you can have the chicken."

[shadowblends]

Just as he was going to protest again, he paused, contemplating Lorna's suggestion then nodding his head in agreement. "I think that would be a far better idea."

Lorna nodded and took the fork out of the basket. "Then dig in."

"Thank you again." The blue boy shifted the plate a little closer to her, smiled then did exactly as she had mentioned and began to eat.
