Welcome to Medietas! Do you have an interest in joining the game? Is there an old muse that you want to dust off? Or, perhaps you're looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting among friends? Well, whatever the reason, this is where you can do that!
You all know what to do! If you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!
How To Play:
→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!
Possible Scenarios:
1. Getting Settled: So, now that you've arrived and wandered around the starter home you've been given, it's time to check out the rest of the islands. There's a market on Aerilon that is full of treasures. Or, you can check out Chapter Six bookstore. Perhaps you wander over to the Mean Princess facility on Mulciber. There is so much to see and do!
2. Islands: There is definitely some weirdness going on around the islands from the sidewalks that glow to the mysterious energy that doesn't seem to have any direct source. There are statues that hum softly and seem to grow every so often. And what is with these bridges? Go forth and investigate! Puzzles are FUN!
3. PARTY: Every month or so there's always a celebration somewhere, be it on Mulciber, Imber, Mundus, or Eurus! Eat, drink, dance, talk among the other islanders. It's about making new friends and enjoying yourself, right?
4. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

"... what?" The look that she gave almost seemed to say if you're pulling my leg... She might not have always had the best relationship with her father, but he was her father. And this kid... He was nothing at all like Zeus.

He sighed at her disbelief, and nodded. "I figured you'd say that. Now, I'm only doing this to try to prove it, so don't freak out."
And in the next moment, gone was the young man and instead there was a figure as tall as the sky, full of power, and a voice that carried to her head and hear ears alone, yet echoed like thunder, with eyes that were lightning in orbs. He was, purely, power incarnate, the allfather given form. It was a body of a man of middle age, with white flowing hair and beard, and yet who exuded pure charisma, pure power and kingliness.
"This is what my old body looked like."
And then, between that moment and the next, he looked the way he had when he had met her. And he really hoped that had been enough, because his anxiety was hitting him particularly right then and he could feel his heart pounding, his knees shaking, just a little. He closed his eyes, and breathed slowly, trying to focus on his own self. Everything would be okay. It had to be.

Who could blame Thalia though? Her father... wasn't a kid, although she knew that appearances could be deceiving. She had just never seen her father with such a visage. And, even with his warning, she still jerked back.
"Wait- so, what?" Because seriously, what?

He chuckled, remembering those days.
"Until the day a storm blew in and the whole city was threatened by unseasonable rains and lightning, and I just got so pissed off and yelled at it to stop." He paused shaking his head, remembering that yell.
"And it did. Went from storm of the century to clear skies, almost instantly. And I felt it happening. From there, more memories and more power showed up, until it was impossible to deny who I had been, even though I wanted to."

Not like some young camper who might sneeze too hard and fall over.
"So. What happened? I mean, why were you reincarnated?" And how, how... She was still trying to wrap her head around the whole concept.

"Not my favorite experience in the world, but I am glad I'm this me, now, and not the old me."
