Welcome to Medietas! Do you have an interest in joining the game? Is there an old muse that you want to dust off? Or, perhaps you're looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting among friends? Well, whatever the reason, this is where you can do that!

You all know what to do! If you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!

How To Play:

→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!

Possible Scenarios:

1. Getting Settled: So, now that you've arrived and wandered around the starter home you've been given, it's time to check out the rest of the islands. There's a market on Aerilon that is full of treasures. Or, you can check out Chapter Six bookstore. Perhaps you wander over to the Mean Princess facility on Mulciber. There is so much to see and do!

2. Islands: There is definitely some weirdness going on around the islands from the sidewalks that glow to the mysterious energy that doesn't seem to have any direct source. There are statues that hum softly and seem to grow every so often. And what is with these bridges? Go forth and investigate! Puzzles are FUN!

3. PARTY: Every month or so there's always a celebration somewhere, be it on Mulciber, Imber, Mundus, or Eurus! Eat, drink, dance, talk among the other islanders. It's about making new friends and enjoying yourself, right? Even if you have been stolen away from your homeworld to a bunch of floating islands.

4. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

"It's...hard to explain. I guess there's a thing here with bringing people from different times." Not that time much mattered to Thalia anymore. Except, you know, for all the confusion. Now, how to summarize. "We stopped Gaia. Apollo is mortal for the moment, a giant statue apparently crushed the dining pavilion, my cousin is a butt. You know. The usual."

She shook her head at the next question, though. "No pegasi that I've seen, no. There's a stable, though. Percy liked to hang out there when he was here." That hurt to think about because he wasn't anymore, but she couldn't do much about that. Hopefully he was back home with his mom.

And she laughed when Thalia continued. "Yeah, I guess we have. But I mean, if you'd rather not share with the boys we'd all understand."

It earned a blink from Thalia, wondering just how much she had missed again. Not years, she hoped, as considering everything that she had missed as a tree... It was something that she didn't want to go through again, even if age didn't quite mean the same thing to her as it once had. "... Apollo is mortal? And why did a giant statue crush the pavilion?"

Although at least Annabeth didn't say anything about another war on the horizon or another prophecy. She did mull though, asking. She had just found him, and if something happened to him again... She would never forgive herself. "What about Jason?"

Not that she didn't care about the others, but after having thought he was dead for so long, Thalia did want to get to know her brother some more. But she nodded, eyes lingering on Annabeth as she mentioned Percy. But with reference to the housing, she smiled. "We're good all around in that respect. Not like you're stuck somewhere I can't get at, right?"

"Yeah. And... it's kind of a long story. I wasn't there for it but I get to rebuild it." Something about the oracles or something. Something she really didn't want to be involved in. Greece and Rome had given her enough to do and now that she was finished with it, a break would have been nice.

"Last I heard Jason was fine. Staying at Camp Half-Blood with Piper. I think they were gone for the excitement too." Probably for the better. Knowing both of them they'd have gotten eyeballs deep again.

"And I know better than to hide from you. You're always welcome. Will and Nico are at least respectful." And not likely to try anything with her. "But like I said, I won't make you. What with that whole Artemis thing. Pretty sure I'd get cursed or turned into a deer or something if I tried."

"Aren't they always..." That wry hint to her voice although her face remained impassive. There usually weren't short stories, unless they got cut short for various reasons. Reasons which usually involved monsters and an untimely death.

Thalia nodded though, a flash of relief on her face. She knew that being a halfblood meant that life was never going to be easy. There would always be something, but she was glad for the news on her brother regardless. "Thanks, Annabeth."

Because she was thankful for that piece of information. She smiled though, lips quirking upward at that. It was true that Thalia might have had a bit of a temper and liked for things to go her way... "I think you're safe on that regard."

If only she could even explain what had happened. Most of her information was already second- and third-hand. This is what she gets for leaving anyone unsupervised, apparently.

"Yeah safe from you, maybe. I'm not so sure Artemis would leave me alone if I made one of her Hunters share a house with boys." Maybe Artemis wouldn't find out considering they were so utterly cut off from everyone here, but better safe than sorry, right?

"It's fine, Annabeth." There were some that didn't even stomach the sight of any male, although Thalia wasn't quite to that extent. Jason's friend, Leo, had been a bit of an annoyance, but she would still hug Jason, no matter what. Yet she had no desire to ever leave the Hunters. "Although after all the trouble Percy has put you though, he might as well chase you for a while."

"Yeah I think I've earned that much at least." Most of it wasn't his fault, but some of it was. And that was a much nicer way of thinking about it than 'abandoned here alone. That way made it sound like he'd come back.

That much, and more, Thalia would say. While Thalia and Percy might butt heads a lot of the time, she did respect him. If he ever did do anything to Annabeth, he'd find a whole lot of lightning coming his way, but she would admit, she couldn't see Percy acting like that. For a guy, he wasn't too bad.

"So? Dare I ask what you've been up to here? Reading every book to find an answer? Rebuilding structures, maybe?"

"Just about." It wasn't as if there was much else to do, really. No camp, no training, no saving the world, no...anything. And that was a peace she was still uneasy with.

"I've been doing design work where I can."

It was not like either of them were someone who could just sit around and waste their days. No, Thalia had to be on the move, had to have something to do. She wasn't the type to spend weeks, or years, in front of a tv, or knitting, or anything like that. She was a Hunter, which more or less was exactly what it sounded like.

"Please say that there is at least a weapons range around here."

"I'm pretty sure there's a place, yeah." She'd been too busy to check it out, but she seemed to recall there being one somewhere. And she was great with remembering things. She'd have to head over there sometime before she got rusty.

"They at least try to keep everyone occupied."
