Welcome to Medietas! Have an interest in joining the game? Maybe you have an old muse that you want to dust off? Or, maybe you're just looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting among friends? Well, whatever the reason, this is where you can do that!

You all know what to do but if you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!

How To Play:

→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!

Possible Scenarios:

1. New Arrival: You've just arrived on the island of Medietas, in the city of Aerilon, via a floating boat with people you may or may not know. Of course, you can't help wondering what the heck is going on, or how you even got on the boat in the first place. But as soon as the vessel docks you are greeted by some lovely locals who offer you a map and a communications device before leaving you to your own. You probably have questions and there seems to be a number of people there already who may or may not have those answers. Talk to them! Or, get on the network and introduce yourself!

2. Getting Settled: So, now that you've arrived and wandered around the starter home you've been given, it's time to check out the rest of the islands. There's a market on Aerilon that is full of treasures. Or, you can check out Chapter Six bookstore. Perhaps you wander over to the Mean Princess facility on Mulciber. There is so much to see!

3. Event: Teams are being put together to venture out deep into the islands of Eurus and Mulciber to track and destroy a vicious beast who has been the reason for the disappearances of several island locals. Please help stop the creature before anyone else goes missing!

4. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

"Something like that," Dillon replied. He's still not sure what this guy's deal is, but something's telling him it's better to play along.

"Wait, Rangers?"

"Yes! Dino Charge Rangers. Protectors. Strongest and Bravest Team." explained Koda as best he could. "Fight aliens to keep world safe."

"Well, that's... great." Not really.

Koda nodded happily. "Battle goes well. Protect green earth. So different from ancient time."

[seriesblack]

"Different sounds like the word to be using." Green Earth... so not the world he comes from, with all the wastes and desert and total destruction. Well, this is going to be a fun day. He needs more than one drink.

"Yes. Many time before I was born, evil Sledge drop asteroids onto earth. It change Earth, destroy Dinosaurs. Then, more life come. I born on Mammoth hunt. Hunt Saber-toothed Tiger." Koda flexed.

"Very strong, Grandfather teach me, old ways, of how man must always respect fire. Then, I find Energem. It make Caveman strength even stronger."

"So you're some ... strong dude from the past. I get it." Honestly, the flexing was a bit much. "Not my world."

Koda tilted his head curiously. "Not... world? You is alien?"

"Emotionally I'm a cyborg," Dillon replied. "Biologically, I'm a machine."

Koda tilted his head, puzzled. "Like Go-Bot. Philip make robot once."

"More... ripped apart and had metal bits added on to me," Dillon says. Not like this guy will actually get what that means. "No one asked me if I wanted it, but hey, who cares."

Koda nodded. "Hard life. I understand."

He really didn't, but he felt the pain in his tone. "Stay strong in hardship. Tiger not come to hunt, so Hunter must go to Tiger. Grandfather words."

Proactive, positive. Koda is too pure for this world.

"Your old man had some thoughts," Dillon remarked but... he could understand it, to an extent. 'Course, in his situation being proactive wasn't really much of a choice - one city left, meaning limited resources for fighting the bastard who did this to him.

"Grandfather, very wise. He teach tribe many thing. Sometime I wish, he were here." said Koda wistfully.

"Strength like dinosaur. Wise like man. He say. Keep mind sharp."

Dillon nods, though honestly, he doesn't know what it's like to want family there.

"Always a thing you gotta do."

"Mmm! Need still sting-water?" asked Koda curiously. "I see, place serve sting-water over there."

[seriesblack]

"Needing a couple. yeah." It's the best news Dillon has heard so far.

Koda nodded. "Drink well, sting-water strong."

[seriesblack]

"So where do we go to get this sting-water?"

[after100000years]

"It this way," said Koda, gesturing towards the general area of the taverns while still holding his I-Beam.

Dillon gives the universal gesture for lead the way. Yeah, he's not letting a guy holding beam like that stand behind him. It's one of those survival instincts.
