"Oh I'm not responsible for this, trust me," the woman says holding up one hand. Her other hand doesn't stray far from what looks like a simple but well used wooden walking stick. Although, perhaps it is a cane given the way the handle curves.
"And the locals haven't exactly explained themselves either. I woke up one of of these ships too a few weeks ago. So far-- Nothing." She frowns slightly not liking she can't tell him more. Brenda hates not having more information.
"Oh. My leg." Right. She just glances at it and shrugs. "It can't be healed. It's.... a bit complicated. But it won't get better."
