Her hair caught his eye first; it was gold and silver and much like his own. Thranduil was drawn to such beauty, yet the current circumstances had also made him wary. He was not merely wandering about his home nor was he amongst his people. This woman - this child - was likely from another world entirely and that alone inspired caution.

His long robes of silver and burnished copper were not easy to miss - and the crown on his head, one made of intertwined twigs and leaves, was not one often seen - if ever. He stood at near seven feet tall, yet his sword was not drawn nor did he seem ready to threaten her.
