There has never been a force field Jane has met that she hasn't instantly wanted to disable. Disable, rebuild, and maybe use for something else. Something greater. Mostly right now, she just wants to tear this one down and see what this place is really hiding.
And yeah, no one can convince her there isn't something hidden beyond this shimmering wall. She's not stupid. She's not pressing herself against it. She's in a holding pattern a few meters away, watching for any change, any tell where there is a weak point, where there isn't something steady, a place where there might be some kind of computer holding this thing in place.
