Sansa had once enjoyed parties but now she is wary of them. Weddings in King's Landing tend to be frightening affairs with at least one death attached and while she knows of no one being married today, she still wants to keep to the edges of the party in case swords are loosed.
Still, she is still a girl beneath it all and she loves to dance. Her feet seem to take her in that direction even if she thinks it's imprudent and it's when she's deciding whether or not she wants to take the plunge that she brushes against the girl with the lovely hair and even lovelier skirt.
