Needless to say, it was going to take a hell of a lot more than a floating boat and a bunch of aliens to convince him that he wasn't merely dreaming. Or, that this wasn't some cryptic subconscious thought about whether or not taking the next step with Lacey was the right move.
So after humoring the locals, he checked out his "accommodations" before wandering the place in search of a bar. Luckily it wasn't hard to find one.
