Delivering goods was the first job Kanan had thought of when he had been told that he would need to pay for his own food once he had found his bearings on the island. It was not so different than working on Gorse, with the slight exception that his cargo had no chance to explode if he wasn't to careful with it. The small vehicle he was driving was nothing like a ship, or a pod, but he was driving and that was something comforting, somehow.
He was unloading the first delivery of the day when he felt her presence before he even saw her. It made Kanan smile and he dropped the box in his arms down on the porch of the backdoor and walked up to the Togruta female:
"It seems that you found your way here as well." Perhaps she would have news of his crew.
