It had become a habit, pacing the shores with Nymeria at her side. She worried what might happen, should one of their enemies come. She wanted to know and be prepared. More importantly, she wanted to see her family back together again. Arya wanted that more for Jon and Sansa than she did for herself. Somehow she felt out of step, despite how close to Sansa and Jon's side she remained. Having seen so much and been through so much left her weary of fully reaching out. She feared they might disappear in a cloud of smoke.
"Cersei, Illyn Payne, The Mountain, Dunsen, Ramsay-" She'd been mumbling to herself, pacing the beach, when Nymeria took off ahead of her. Arya's words broke off, her body immediately propelled after her wolf. Someone they knew from home was here, or perhaps one of the wolves? Perhaps both. It didn't matter. Arya caught up several paces behind as Nymeria bowed her head low, jumping about Bran in his wheelchair as if she was just a pup. She was panting and whining, tail swishing behind her.
"Bran" She wished she could have been there with him and Rickon when Winterfell burned. She wished she could have saved them from what Theon had done to them. It didn't matter. She ran forward, throwing her arms around him and paying no mind to the strange chair with wheels.
I missed this!! Sorry
