The hit slows the Soldier for a very brief couple of seconds, sending him back more than a few steps before his crouched form straightens and he's looking past Steve at the men who were ready to proceed forward.

"He destroyed one of the boats. That just so happens to be island property." said the officer closest to the Captain. "He needs to come with us."

One look and Bucky's expression tells otherwise.

The man speaks again. "So you either let us do our jobs, or we take you in for obstruction. What's it going to be?"
