Welcome to Medietas! Are you interested in joining the game? Do you have an old muse you want to dust off? Are you looking for a place to voice test a brand new character and would like to do so in our little island setting? Well, you've come to the right place!

You all know what to do but if you don’t, just follow the instructions and HAVE FUN!

How To Play:

→ Comment with the character you’d like to test drive. Don’t forget to add their name and canon in the subject line.
→ Choose a scenario, or start your own!
→ Tag around!

Possible Scenarios:

1. New Arrival: You have just arrived on the island of Medietas, in the city of Aerilon via a floating boat with people you may or may not know. Of course, you can't help wondering what the heck is going on here, or how you even got on the boat in the first place. But as soon as the vessel docks you are greeted by some lovely locals who offer you a map and a communications device before leaving you to your own. You probably have questions and there seems to be a number of people there already who may or may not have those answers. Talk to them! Or, get on the network and introduce yourself!

2. Getting Settled: So, you've arrived, but now there's five islands you should get yourself acquainted with. Meet your starter home neighbors! Start your new job! Check out the market on Aerilon. Or, attend one of the many block parties!

3. Lost!: Somehow you got yourself turned around and confused and getting back to where you want to be is looking impossible.

4. Wild Card: Got something else in mind and want to create your own scenario? Go for it!

[Anduin hadn't been aware of an option to allow him to see those he was messaging and the discovery comes as a pleasant surprise. He smiles a little.]

The Alliance of Lordaeron, of course. Have you not heard of it?

I know of Lordearon, [He had lived in that kingdom for most of his life after all, given he'd been raised in Dalaran.] but I was unaware it had created an alliance.

You're from Azeroth as well, then? [The planet, not the kingdom in this case.]

I'm Khadgar, formerly of the Kirin Tor, Guardian Novitiate.

[Since Medivh was calling him his apprentice here lately, he'd decided to accept that particular title back for the time being. Hopefully with his introduction, the other young man would introduce himself as well.]

[Anduin blinks at him for a moment. He knows who Archmage Khadgar is because anyone knows who he is. He's a hero of Azeroth and one of the greatest mages to ever live. He just never expected he could ever be so young. Anduin straightens himself a little.]

It's my honor to meet you, Archmage. I've heard stories, of course, but I never thought I would get to meet you in person. I'm Anduin Wrynn, Prince of Stormwind.

[King now, he guesses, but he doesn't want to think about that. Not now. Not when he hasn't dealt with losing his father again.]

[He blinks a couple times in apparent surprise. At first it was due to the title he'd been addressed by, then the name and title the young man had given to him. Give him a moment deal with both things and silently put some pieces together.]

Your father, would he be Varian Wrynn?

[If that was indeed the case, this would be the first time he's ever actually encountered a temporal anomaly like this. Though the title made him wonder if the Kirin Tor took him back into its fold, somehow forgiving him his transgressions and the fact he'd forsaken his vows to them.]

[Anduin nods. It has been a long time since someone didn't know who his father was and seeing that the Archmage didn't was a little bit of a surprise. Then again, he is a lot younger. Maybe it's something to do with bronze dragons; Anduin seems to think that the bronze dragons can manipulate time somehow just as the black ones can change the earth.]

Varian was my father, yes. I am his only son.

[Khadgar doesn't miss the word choice and he's silent as he deals with the fact that the little boy he's met even if just in passing has died in the future, leaving a son behind that looks to be no older than he himself is. Part of him wants to offer condolences but given the knowledge of the loss was indirectly revealed, he's uncertain how they would be received.]

I know his father, mother and uncle.

[A brief pause to make a quick decision before he speaks again.]

I can introduce you to them if you like, they've been brought here as well.

[Anduin has never had a lot of family around, only his father, so the idea of meeting some of his father's family and meeting those who have the name Wrynn is very appealing. He nods quickly, a smile touching his lips for a brief moment before he remembers himself.]

I would love that, Archmage. I never thought I would have a chance to meet my family. So many of them have been gone long before I was even born.

Call me Khadgar.

[He'd much prefer his name as opposed to a title he doesn't believe he deserves and has no idea how he earned.]

I'll call on them and set it up. I'm sure they'd love to meet you as well. I can also see if Medivh is willing to meet you, if you'd like to meet him as well?

[He's uncertain if Medivh would want to meet the young man, but it is his friend's grandson. Perhaps he might be interested and it would give the Guardian much needed company for an hour or so.]
