"Ah, again?" asked Tsukasa as he joined Lyndon at the forefront of the battle as he strapped on his buckle. "Seems like this lake has a never-ending supply of Hydra. This makes it, what the fifth one this week?"

The Hydra did not look happy at the sight of Decade once again as he transformed in a flurry of images. Dusting his hands, Tsukasa drew a new card from his deck. "Oi, you," he said to Lyndon. "Keep it busy and then get back. This is going to get interesting as its Time to Operate. Henshin."

KAMEN RIDE: EX-AID!

In a flash of energy, a large graphic appeared behind Tsukasa as the world seemed to turn into large blocky pixels for a moment. Huge square blocks appeared everywhere along with shining symbols, displaying things such as Strength Power Ups, Speed Power Ups, and almost anything one would find in a game. Even Lyndon would be able to recognize some of them as some of them closely resembled "health" and "power items" from his own world of Sanctuary.

Energy flared up as a select screen spun around Tsukasa as Decade reached out and hit the button.

LET'S GAME! SUPER GAME! ULTRA GAME WHATCHA NAME!? I'M A KAMEN RIDER!

Tsukasa changed, but in his place was a short, squat, and chubby sort of man in armor.

"... The hell is this....!"
