He was definitely still staring. "Time manipulation?" That was something he was pretty sure did not exist in his world, even with all the various psychic abilities people had. "It looked more like... more like..." He wanted to say telekinesis, but he glanced around a bit apprehensively, still so used to keeping things like that under wraps that he was still afraid to say it out loud.
