"Doctor next. Bow tie he thinks is cool, but isn't, flippy hair, hidden possibly under a fez or a stetson. Looks human, clearly not. No sense, probably running right at trouble, and if there is none, managing to find some anyway. Oh, also, big blue box, says police."

And yes, to her mind, those descriptions were sufficient.
