[Neal fingers the communication device but doesn't use it. He doesn't want to use it in case there are people here he'd rather avoid. There really is no way of knowing but he's always felt like there was a shadow following him. Something he simply couldn't escape.
His path twists and winds through the streets. He doesn't look like he's a rush but the tension in his shoulders is noticeable. There is important information that he's missing and he needs to figure it out and not all of that information can simply be applied by asking questions.
He can be found ducking into a few bars and shops. Anywhere he thought he might over hear something useful. He'll order a beer and use the meager funds they provide. It isn't the best idea to spend money on beer but it does calm his nerves.]
