Khadgar could only guess as to the reasons behind a lack of reaction, ranging from Henry's maturity allowing him to deal his dismay in a unseen quiet manner to the fact that for some reason the boy just didn't care if he ever went back home. He didn't pry though, as it wasn't his business to poke in such matters.

For now, the young mage merely returned Henry's smile. "It was yes. I was born on that world. I'd be happy to tell you about it whenever you like. I take it that you already knew there was more worlds out there than just your own?"
