Of all the things Darcy's good at, apparently handling being on a boat for more than an hour is not one of them. There goes any hopes and dreams she may have of potentially doing an all-ladies version of I'm On A Boat. Which is what she's choosing to focus on instead of the fact that she has no frigging clue how she wound up on the boat in the first place.
As soon as they docked and were allowed off, she beelined to be off as quickly as possible in a desperate attempt to find something resembling her normal balance. Which is why, if anyone sees her, they'll find her looking fairly green around the gills and fighting against the impending feeling that she's going to loose whatever's left of her breakfast.

Okay, so while the faire here isn't anything like the fairs or carnivals she knows from back home, it's at least a cousin to what she's used to. There's definitely a lack of crazy fried foods, but there's food. There's no slightly sketchy carnival rides that may or may not be up to code, but there's dancing. And the games? Well, they're probably just as rigged at the carnival games she grew up with.
After losing the bean bag toss in a truly spectacular fashion (she swears that she didn't mean to throw it that hard and hit the guy running in the game in the stomach), and almost stepping (stomping, really) on her partner's toes during a dance, she's retired to the sidelines with a fizzy honey-colored drink and what she's pretty sure is a turkey leg. "So," she starts to no one in particular, just trying to make small talk more than anything else, "are these kind of things normal here?"

Does anyone have any thing that might help me charge an iPod? My cable apparently got left at home and I can't get Tik Tok out of my head. Help me tech folks, you're my only hope.
