The docks were always where she started exploring--it was easy enough to find them if she got lost and it was a place she knew. And it gave her a chance to check for new arrivals, people who needed help, that sort of thing. Not what she'd like to be doing, but what she'd like involved being back at home and clearly that hadn't happened yet.

But the feeling she had when she got closer to the man standing there... she didn't like it. She felt almost...small. Fragile...

Mortal.

She'd only felt like that a few times in her life and since this clearly wasn't Tartarus, and he obviously wasn't Gaea, that meant...

Hades.

Of all the gods they could have picked to bring (she still couldn't figure out who "they" even were yet), he was... definitely not the worst. And still, it said something about "them" that "they" would bring him in the first place.

But her mind could work while she was being polite and once she realized who this was she immediately bowed her head. She wasn't stupid, after all.

"Lord Hades. I... didn't expect to see you here."
