Devi got comfortable, sitting sideways in her booth seat so she could see the door and not have to worry about looking over her shoulder. The water glass and the bread basket was brought closer and she didn't waste anytime grabbing one and carefully tearing off a piece of it while he talked.
"...because you're a wizard," she reminded herself under that barrage of impossibilities. "Right." It still hadn't been accepted as fact, despite what she'd seen but the mind was a resistant creature. She still wasn't sure if she totally accepted that this was real in the first place. Harry could still just be a very impressive figment.
"Sounds like it." It sounded like experiments, and the parallel to science, in any way, was comforting. "Actually, kinda sounds like Fantasy Prison and the Fog are the guards."
