Devi smiled softly and nodded promptly at the correct enunciation, keeping the sketchbook and pen out in case Pictonary became a thing. At least she wouldn't have to worry about this one accidentally calling her 'Debbie'.
The roll of sounds, amazingly and entrancingly foreign, were taken with a faint pinch of focus across her features, green eyes trying to catch the mouth movements that helped define things.
"Evreedeeke," she echoed, putting too much emphasis on the passing D sound that Eurydice had passed like a soft breath. Devi had no idea what language this was, but she was pretty sure she could listen to it being spoken forever. "Eurydice?," she tried again, never one to accept the first try as the last, and hoping she'd gotten it more closely.
