Catelynn returned the hug, grateful beyond what words could manage to express to find Arya alive and well here. Given there had been no word of her for all this time, she had been fearing the worse and praying for the best. She'd already lost so much, she couldn't bear to lose her girls as well.

It had been why she'd done what she had prior to Robb's return to Riverrun. If there was even a chance she could get her daughters back and out of Lannister hands, she had to grasp it.

Once she finally pulled back and got a proper look at Arya, she sighed softly. "Some things never change." she said noting the wild tangled hair and the clothes. That was as close to giving a scolding she'd get for now. "How long have you been here?"
